Primary Care Services

Neurateq's virtual primary care gives patients face-to-face time with a physician and/or member of our care team across devices such as Ipads, laptops and mobile devices. The patient e-visits a physician via video technology, enabling both the physician and patient to experience the complete benefit of both verbal and non-verbal communication. Follow-up questions may occur on the phone or via asynchronous messaging but the appointment itself is a video visit. Treating Patients of All Ages e-visits are for the treatment of non-admitted patients in the community.

Neurateq's virtual primary care connects patients with the same primary care doctor every time; their personal virtual primary care doctor is the personnel that is knowledgeable and has access to that patient's complete medical history; the same doctor is also familiar with and understands his or her patient's unique health concerns.

Our primary care physicians are specialists in Family Medicine and Pediatrics providing definitive care to the undifferentiated patient at the point of first contact and continuing responsibility for providing the patient's comprehensive care.

Family Mdicine Doctors

The unique benefit of Neurateq's family medicine doctors is that they care for your whole family. They see babies, children, parents and grandparents. No matter who in your family is sick, you have one person to call who knows your family history and can provide highly personalized care.

Pediatricians

Pediatricians specialize in caring for children, from birth through early adulthood. They’re trained to treat minor illnesses and injuries, along with more complex conditions. Neurateq's pediatricians are experts at understanding developmental milestones and keeping children on track toward a healthy future.

While their area of focus overlaps with family medicine doctors, who also see children, pediatricians specialize in children’s health care. They’re familiar with a wide range of childhood medical conditions and are experienced in talking with children and helping them feel comfortable. Which is a big plus if your child is shy or scared of going to the doctor.
